Listawood employ over 150 members of staff in the UK and are based in Norfolk with production facilities totalling around
70,000 square feet. In 2001 we opened an office in Amsterdam, enabling us to offer our customers in Europe the very best
customer service. Our European sales team are fluent in German, Dutch, French, English and Spanish so you can rest assured
that when you call we will communicate in your own language.

We sell all of our products through a chain of business gift distributors in the UK and Europe and are committed to our 100%
reseller only policy. We offer our distributors support to help them be successful when selling our products, this includes
providing them with email campaigns to promote our products to their client base, unbranded brochures promoting our extensive range, a website, self promotion products and a range of presentation kits for our best selling ranges.
At Listawood, we regularly survey customers to help us to maintain market leading levels of customer service. In our most recent survey, 87% of customers scored overall service between 8 and 10 out of 10. The survey is designed to monitor our performance, position in the market place and general distributor perceptions of our offering. This enables us to ensure that our range of products offered are innovative, competitive and meet the needs of our customers.
Investment in technology keeps our offering competitive. Over the past five years, we have invested in state-of-the-art technology
including investment in the latest printing technologies, an in house robotic spray line and modernisation and automation of
production in several of our key manufacturing areas. This means that Listawood have the most technologically advanced
printing and finishing equipment of any mouse mat and magnet manufacturer in Europe.

Over ten years ago, Listawood introduced the successful, patent
protected WoWMug into Europe. At the same time we launched our
exclusive Duraglaze coating on PhotoMugs; independently tested to
over 1000 washes, offering double the value of the nearest alternative
and lasting ten time as long as most other PhotoMugs on the market.
Today we are the most technologically advanced manufacturer of
PhotoMugs and other Dye Sublimation printed products in the world.
With a state of the art robotic spray line, in house digital & offset litho
printing and in house curing; no other producer has the level of capacity,
control of supply or decoration facilities as Listawood. Print and production
processes include printing by Dye Sublimation, Screen Printing and
decorating mugs with a range of specialty coatings; all done in our factory
in the UK.
